Limitless Possibilities
I have a dear friend who has teaching me to live a life of endless possibilities. She lives her life in this manner and has blessings beyond her wildest dreams. It is a simple decision but takes quite a bit of practice to allow myself to not be limited by my own webs. Just as I have always lived outside of societies box now I am climbing out of my own box to live my life with Limitless Possibilities.

Anyone Can Be Our Teacher

I cannot be arrogant in selecting my teacher. Everyone, everything, every situation has a lesson to learn, a gift to be had. I have read that if I cannot see the gift it is only because I am not there yet.

Change Your Perspective

10 Minutes of Zen, Awakening, Mindful, Peaceful, Perspective, Photos,
Change Your Perspective
Sometimes I simply need to look at things differently. Physically looking up is the easiest way for me to do this. It is more difficult for me to feel sad when I am looking at the sky on a sunny day, a starry night, facing the rain or admiring the moon in all her glory.

I will; to will; Thy will

10 Minutes of Zen, Awakening, Conscious Contact, Gayatri mantra, I will; to will; Thy will, Love, Meditation, Mindful,
I will; to will; Thy will

"I will; to will; Thy will"
is a prayer a good friend of mine often recites. I am not certain of its origins but I believe it incorporates the idea that I must continually try to align my actions with my beliefs. More simply, it means I surrender to God.
Why a hippopotamus? Why not? Watching a hippo on land, I might not understand how such a huge animal could possibly move swift enough to eat enough vegetation to sustain itself. Watching a hippopotamus gracefully dance among the cichlids shows me how with a little guidance I may be able to achieve whatever my true purpose entails.

A Memoir of the Awakening of the Spirit

I read this book a couple of years ago. I believe it is well worth the read. It is one mans "Mindful" journey on his own path to improve his concious contact through prayer and meditation. The Mindful Addict – A Memoir of the Awakening of the Spirit by Tom Catton
